The Raghurajpur International Art /Craft exchange (RIA/CE 2011) is set in Orissa, a region with one of the richest cultural heritages in India. The programme provides an exciting opportunity for contemporary/conceptual artists from aboard to exchange skills and ideas with tribal craftspeople of Orissa in a village setting.
